Carpenter
Duties:
– Repairing or replacing damaged joists, beams, and frames to ensure structural integrity.
– Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
– Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, mouldings, and trim.
– Crafting and installing detailed wood elements like wainscoting, crown mouldings, and intricate trim.
– Sanding, staining, and finishing wooden surfaces.
– Cleaning and maintaining carpentry tools and equipment.
– Keeping an inventory of tools and ordering supplies as needed.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,960 – £3900
Builder
Duties:
− Doing renovation work as required by the business;
− Organizing the constructions materials;
− Listing the required materials and report it to the Maintenance Manager;
− Keeping the stock ready to a standard level to meet any urgent call from the rented properties;
− Complying with the Government regulations and standard while doing the building work.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,960 -£39,000
